will be provided with a written report with our findings and
recommendations. This portion of our service is FREE of charge. This
report will be valuable even though you may not hire us for further
services.
Phase 2: Develop Action Plan
From Information gathered during the Diagnosis we will develop your Action Plan to reach YOUR goals.
This
is where we plan what changes need to be made, where the plan of attack
is going to happen. Each plan is customized to your needs.
Phase 3: Repair: Immediate Solutions for Immediate Needs
We
will implement proposed changes with you and your staff which are
established by the Action Plan. These changes will be agreed upon
before work begins and other agreed modifications as progress is made.
Phase 4: Ongoing Maintenance
After
Immediate Solutions are implemented we can continue in a consultation
role to you, the manager. We will make sure all systems are functioning
on an ongoing basis. We will act as a sounding board to you for
alterations to the business, business strategy and other needs as they
arise.
